Our annual 3 week retreat this year will focus on the profound path of Mahamudra.

This retreat is open to all who have a yearning to find their natural state. Mahamudra is the open recognition of what is. It is natural purity. The realisation of the Self free from conceptual elaboration. It is beautiful. It is pure. It is luminous effortless wakefulness. It is who we really are.

We will be following the classic guidance of Dakpo Tashi Namgyal's 'Clarifying the Natural State' which is an incredible guidance text for the path of understanding Awareness. His concluding verses summarise who this is for:
"For the root and lineage masters who uphold the Practice Lineage, May it be a mandala that bestows blessings and realization! For advanced meditators who have brought forth realization, May it be an offering that reminds and inspires trust.
For seasoned meditators who nurture the seedlings of experience and realization, May it be a banquet of certainty that cuts through doubt.
For apprentice meditators, diligent but clinging to experiences, May it be a bounty that dispels wrong views and faulty meditation.
For idle Dharma people who only gather data without experience, May it be the legacy for attaining the natural state's qualities. For all the shortcomings of my ignorance and misunderstanding I apologize forever to all sublime beings.
Through this virtue may all beings Swiftly perfect the realization of Mahamudra."

The retreat will offer the meditation instructions of generations of awakened beings. Practical guidance to enter into and rest in Awareness. Pointing out instructions into our true nature. And the benefit of what to expect on the path lucidly explained by the lineage of instructions.

We have limited residential spaces which is a wonderful opportunity to practice with seasoned yoginis and yogis at Harmony of the Way. However the retreat will be online so you can still be part of the milieu of experience.
